HU This Member has long experience on the development of degradable biomaterials for soft and hard tissue repair and replacement. They have worked in the synthesis and processing of lactide/ glycolide/ε-caprolactone copolymers and their composites with hydroxyapatite and tri-calcium phosphate, alone or together several drugs into membranes, fibers, screws/plates, tubings, beads, and scaffolds with different shapes for diverse medical use including tissue engineered cartilage repair.
