Research and development projects in the field of Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine that are managed under contract by EXPERTISSUES EEIG will be charged a management fee, independently of its funding mechanism (national, European, or MarketPlace funding). This is the case of transversal projects involving several EXPERTISSUES EEIG members in which the respective management is responsibility of EXPERTISSUES EEIG. The charged management fee varies according to the dimension and number of members involved. EXPERTISSUES EEIG does not execute research activities, but integrates members’ resources and competences in R&D activities, which imply fixed operating costs. EXPERTISSUES EEIG handles all the organizational and bureaucratic procedures of the proposal application and, in case of project approval, for the management of the project.
